NO REGISTRATIONS ARE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE PURCHASE OF RECIPES.
Most recipes like ours would cost you $10,000. We just don’t think you can make it in the ice cream business without good recipes so we decided to make them part of the course. Therefore, our minimum cost is $2000.00 for the entire course including recipes.
Course is provided each Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The course is from 8 AM to 5 PM each day, Friday – Sunday. It is optional, but recommended that you plan on coming back in the evenings to observe or participate, your choice.
No more than 2 in each course at a time. Everything is “Hands On”! This Registration Form and Payment must be received 2 weeks prior to taking the course.
