Bill Strachan will spend 3 days teaching you everything you need to know to make the best ice cream you'll ever have!

When we first opened our shop, we attended schools across the country that were very helpful. But the things we needed to actually get going and produce high quality product were not available anywhere.
We had generic recipes that were provided at our schools, but that wasn't what we wanted. We wanted to make the best ice cream you could find anywhere.

So we had an ice cream machine delivered to our home and we experimented in our garage. We continued to experiment after we opened our store until we obtained the products we now have.

Not a day goes by that we don't have several people tell us that our ice cream is the best ice cream they have ever had in their entire life!

Most who go into this business have trouble staying in the business because of the pitfalls of not really knowing what they are doing. We were very fortunate. We have decided to help others avoid all the mistakes we made by having you come to our shop and letting us show you how to get your business off to a successful start.

  • Learn about temperatures, textures, quality, and all things that go into making ice cream.
  • We will teach you about different special ingredients and where to find those ingredients.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on
    some of the best equipment available and learn where to find equipment necessary
    to make ice cream.
  • This course is $1,000 paid in advance.
  • Only 2 people will be permitted in the
    three day course at one time.
  • The course will be held on Friday,
    Saturday, and Sunday.
  • During the months of September through February.
Recipes:
We learned that ice cream recipes are closely guarded secrets.
For the kind of recipes we wanted, the cost was $10,000.
At your option, we will provide you with our best recipes. (Cost $2,500)
